CEO - Terje Laugerud
Terje Laugerud joined Green Energy Group in August 2011. In 2003 he became the President and Chief Executive Officer of CIBER's International Division following the acquisition of ECsoft Group plc. From 1994 to 2000, Mr. Laugerud was the Chief Executive Officer of ECsoft and a non-executive director until May 2002. Mr. Laugerud has over 20 years of experience in the information technology industry. He served on the boards of directors of CMA Asset Management ASA (Norway) and Heliogruppen AS (Norway) from 2001 to 2005 and on the board and compensation committee of MySQL AB (Sweden) from 2001 to 2006.

CFO Peter Harris
Peter Harris joined Green Energy Group in June 2011. He has over 20 years experience in financial leadership roles in International corporations, most recently as Senior Vice President, Finance of CIBER International, a leading Information Technology company headquartered in London. From 1994 to 2003 Peter was Group Finance Director for ECsoft Plc,  where he was responsible for the execution of the company’s M&A activity, internal and external financial reporting, investor relations and corporate finance. During his time at ECsoft and following its acquisition by CIBER in 2003, Peter played a lead role in the transformation of the company to an international IT services business with sustainable and profitable growth. Peter is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.

CTO - Gestur Bardarson
Chemical Engineer from LTU, Sweden. Gestur led the R&D and engineering work on the Kalina technology in Mannvit Engineering (Iceland’s largest engineering firm) from 2005 until he joined Exorka GmbH (Germany) in 2007 as CTO where he was responsible for the company’s engineering and construction planning of geothermal binary power plants. Gestur has in addition two decades of management experience as CEO of green field projects in manufacturing and engineering as well as the CEO of the Incubation Centre of the University of Iceland.

Chief Project Manager - Sigurður Leópoldsson
Mechanical Technician from Technical College of Iceland and with Diploma in Project Management and Leadership from University of Iceland. Extensive experience in field of Project/Production Managements from complex technical projects/production in Iceland, USA, Central-America, China, France and Scandinavia spanning over 20 years. CPO (Chief Project Officer) of Enex 2005 to 2010, with the main focus on design, procurement and erection of 9,3 MW Binary Geothermal Power Plant in El Salvador

Sales & Marketing Director - Stig Torvund
Stig holds a Master of Management degree from the Norwegian School of Economics (BI), with majors in Finance and Strategy. He started his career at Dow Jones Markets in the Norwegian sales department. He then founded Infostream ASA, making trading and information platforms. Infostream was listed through an IPO in 1999 and later sold to the French company Integra in 2000 for more than 2 billion kroner. Since he has successfully established and developed several international companies within Infrastructure and Software. He is one of the founders of Green Energy Group as well as former CEO and Chairman. He is also the Chairman of Explore Tools and Explore Energy.
